ELLY Somehow, coconuts and I have this special bond. I don’t know when it started, but I fell in love with the way every bit of a coconut—its fiber, its charcoal, its husk—can be turned into something amazing. So I write. I write about coconuts with all the passion I have, as if every word carries a hint of their sweet scent.\

Life is full of twists and turns, but I’ve never been afraid to start over. As long as there’s a story to tell, a new thing to discover, I’ll keep writing, turning little wonders into something truly meaningful.\
